Monday

Upcoming trips

Two groups will be going on a 17-day trip south, from Feb. 11-27. If interested in this Winter Get-Away contact Jesse Cudworth soon, as reservations must be paid for by Jan. 11. The cost of the trip is $2,349 for double and $3,049 for single.

A list of trips for 2013 with Best of Times is now available. Trips being considered are: The Women of Ireland, March 15, featuring dancers and singers; May 14, John Denver Tribute by Ted Vigil, Rocky Mountain High; Sept. 11 Memorial in New York City; West Point Academy and Hudson River Valley; and Lynhurst Castle with dinner theater. Further information will be announced in Senior Travel News and at travel planning sessions in the spring.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Baked stuffed chicken breast with gravy, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, peaches and cream.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, muffin, fruit , yogurt, juice. Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato, Hungarian beef and mushroom soup, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: American chop suey, California mixed vegetables, garlic bread, lemon bars.

Thursday: Barbecued roast pork bulkie with lettuce and tomato, beets and greens, hash browned potatoes, cantaloupe.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Vegetable frittata, home fires, juice, yogurt, muffin. Lunch: Tuna noodle casserole, peas, carrot coins, mandarin oranges.
