Tuesday, May 14, Best of Times offers at trip to a tribute to John Denver by Ted Vigil, Rocky Mountain High. Travel by bus to Mohegan Sun for gaming or bring a book or plan on shopping if not interested in gambling. After lunch, travel to the Garde Arts Theatre for good old country music.

The cost of this event is $84 and includes gratuity. Payment must be submitted by April 20 with checks made payable to the Brattleboro Senior Center.

Monday: Shepherd’s pie, raspberry beets, turnip, pineapple.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Greens, eggs and ham, home fries, fruit, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, potato pierogies, carrots, mango.

Wednesday: Vegetable lasagna, California mixed vegetables, garlic bread, fruit cocktail.

Thursday: Hamburgers on a roll with onions and peppers, oven-roasted potatoes, turnip and carrots, cantaloupe.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Cheese omelets with tomatoes, onions and peppers, home fries, fruit salad, muffin, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Seafood Newburg, herbed rice, diced tomatoes, pumpkin muffin, Orange Julius.
