Monday: Meatball Stroganoff, buttered noodles, asparagus, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, muffin, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Chicken Provencal over noodles, garlic bread, spinach and strawberry salad, cantaloupe.

Wednesday: Chef salad bar with assorted cold cuts, tuna macaroni salad, coleslaw, watermelon.

Thursday: Baked stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, butternut squash, birthday cake and ice cream.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Vegetable frittata, home fries, fruit, muffin, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Baked haddock, potato pancakes, Brussels sprouts, tropical fruit.
