Monday: Cheesy chicken and noodles, tangy carrot coins, Brussels sprouts, cranberry mousse.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Eggs Benedict with ham on an English muffin, potato pancake, fruit juice, yogurt. Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, creamy tomato bisque, coleslaw, crackers, pineapple.

Wednesday: Barbecued pork, sweet potato, beets and greens, apple crisp.

Thursday: Grilled flank steak, oven-roasted potatoes, roasted pepper salad, fruited Jell-O.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, muffin, fruit juice, yogurt. Lunch: Quiche Lorraine, roasted butternut squash and tofu salad, muffin, mango and plums.
