Monday: French meat pie, stewed tomatoes, garlic bread, apricots.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Corned beef hash and scrambled eggs, potato pancakes, scone, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Stuffed cabbage with tomato sauce, potato pirogues, broccoli, grapenut pudding.

Wednesday: Roast turkey, mashed red skin potato, steamed asparagus, bread pudding.

Thursday: Barbecued chicken, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato wedges, birthday cake and ice cream.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Vegetable frittata, home fries, yogurt, fruit, juice, muffin. Lunch: New England fish cakes, California mixed vegetables, seasoned spinach, apple crisp.
