Monday: Baked chicken breast, roasted roots, pumpkin muffin, fruit salad.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Bavarian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, ham, yogurt parfait, juice. Lunch: Eggplant parmesan, Italian vegetables, linguini, apricots.

Wednesday: Pork chops, butternut squash, baked potato, brownie.

Thursday: Turkey tetrazzini, glazed carrots, cauliflower, gingerbread.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, fruit, muffin, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Baked haddock, sweet potato, stewed tomatoes, chocolate pudding.
