BELLOWS FALLS -- The menu for the remainder of March at the Bellows Falls Senior Center is as follows:

Monday: Baked ham, raisin sauce, mashed potatoes, baby whole carrots with parsley, dinner roll, apple cake.

Tuesday: Beef stew with potatoes and carrots, green leaf salad with spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers, biscuit, molasses cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken chow mein, brown rice pilaf, Oriental vegetables, chow mein noodles, tapioca pudding with mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Sweet sausage with peppers and onions, baked beans, winter mixed vegetables, hoagie roll, applesauce with cinnamon.

Friday: Baked stuffed shells in marinara sauce, sliced carrots, dinner roll, oranges.

Monday, March 31: Barbecued beef steak, mashed red potatoes with sour cream, Brussels sprouts, dinner roll, oatmeal raisin cookie.

The Senior Center serves Rockingham, Westminster, Grafton, Athens, and North Walpole and Walpole, N.H. Senior visitors from other surrounding towns are welcome. The meal is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. A suggested donation of $3.50 for those 60-plus is requested. Information: 802-463-3907 or bfasc@sover.net.
