BELLOWS FALLS -- The menu for the week of March 31 through April 4 at the Bellows Falls Senior Center is as follows:

Monday: Barbecued beef steak, mashed red potatoes with sour cream, Brussels sprouts, dinner roll, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Tuesday: Italian chicken fingers, duck sauce, sliced carrots, seasoned penne pasta, Italian bread, pineapple chunks.

Wednesday: Turkey a la king, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuit, watermelon.

Thursday: Baked glazed ham with pineapple sauce, red mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, dinner roll, strawberry shortcake with cream.

Friday: Seafood and vegetable quiche, broccoli florets, dinner roll, peaches and cream.

The Senior Center serves Rockingham, Westminster, Grafton, Athens, and North Walpole and Walpole, N.H. Senior visitors from other surrounding towns are welcome.

The meal is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. A suggested donation of $3.50 for those 60-plus years of age is requested; $5 for all others.
