Bellows Falls Senior Meals

BELLOWS FALLS -- The menu for the week of April 21 through 25 at the Bellows Falls Senior Center is as follows:

Monday: Baked penne pasta with sausage and mozzarella cheese, coleslaw with pineapple and carrots, Italian bread, watermelon.

Tuesday: Smoked pork shoulder, rice pilaf, broccoli florets, biscuit, apricots.

Wednesday: Clam and potato chowder, chicken and red grape salad, crackers, tomato slices and shredded cabbage, wheat roll, frosted yellow cake.

Thursday: Beef and mushroom stroganoff, seasoned cavatappi, tossed salad with dressing, blueberry muffin, mandarin oranges.

Friday: Scalloped sliced potatoes with ham and cheddar, Oriental vegetables, dinner roll, oatmeal raisin cookies.
