Meals menu

Monday: Macaroni and cheese with buttered crumb topping, diced tomatoes, broccoli, and apricots.

Tuesday: Herbed chicken, spinach with tomatoes, glazed sweet potatoes, and tropical fruit.

Wednesday: Cottage cheese and fresh fruit plate, macaroni salad, tomatoes and cucumbers, and Jell-o with whipped topping.

Thursday: Appetizers and punch, pork loin with apricot sauce, baked sweet potato, seasoned spinach, and cake and ice cream.

Friday: Oven fried cod, roasted red potatoes, mixed vegetables, and fruit cocktail.
