BRATTLEBORO -- St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church will add a 5:30 p.m. Mass to the regular weekend schedule beginning Sunday, Oct. 28.
Masses this weekend are on Saturday at 4 p.m. and on Sunday at 8 and 10:30 a.m.
The Catholicism Series will continue on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m. at the American Legion and on Oct. 22, Oct. 30, and Nov. 6 at the same time. This week the topic will be "Happy Are We: The Teachings of Jesus." This documentary-film series starts from the essential foundation of Jesus Christ’s Incarnation, life, and teaching and moves through the defining elements of Catholicism from sacraments, worship, and prayer, to Mary, the apostles and saints, to grace, salvation, heaven and more. This series is free and open to everyone.
A VIRTUS Training will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 5:30 p.m. in the School Conference Room. Anyone who is working/volunteering with children/young adults in the Parish and has not already attended a training session must attend this training. This training is mandated by the Diocese of Burlington and is part of our Safe Environment Program. Call the rectory to register.
