BRATTLEBORO -- The St. Michael’s Episcopal Church building in Brattleboro is currently under construction. Worship services are continuing on Sunday mornings at 8 at Christ Church in Guilford through Oct. 21.
On Sunday, Oct. 14, the 10:15 a.m. service will be at Christ Church and will include music and there will be refreshments after the service.
On Oct. 21, the 10:15 a.m. service will return to the Robert H. Gibson River Garden, 157 Main St., where children have a special play area. At 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 (at the River Garden), there will be a special intergenerational dance celebration prior to the 10:15 a.m. service.
On Oct. 28, both the 8 a.m. and the 10:15 a.m. worship services will return to St. Michael’s on Bradley Avenue.
The Youth Forum will not meet on Oct. 14. They will resume meeting on Sunday, Oct. 21, at The Works from 9 to 10 a.m.
Centering Prayer will now be meeting in the new library on Bradley Avenue on the second floor from 8 to 9 a.m. on Saturday mornings. Enter the building through the red door off the parking lot. Participants are welcome to stay just for the prayer time or for both the prayer and discussion.
The Thursday evening Contemplative Prayer will now be held at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in the new library from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m.
Education for all ages will begin in November. The Adult Forum and Workshop Rotation Sunday School will begin
