WEST BRATTLEBORO -- Nov. 3 is the 24th Sunday after Pentecost and All Saints Communion Sunday at the First Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 880 Western Ave. in West Brattleboro. The Rev. Joseph Amico will share a sermon entitled "Giving Thanks for All the Saints" based on Ephesians 1:11-23.
Organist Bill McKim will share a prelude of "Toccata in E minor" by J. Froberger and a postlude of "The Heavens Rejoice" by B. Miller. The congregational hymns this week are "For All the Saints," "O Savior, for the Saints," and "I Sing a Song of the Saints of God."
Sunday worship at First Congregational is at 10 a.m. Preceded by choir rehearsal at 9 a.m. Following worship at 11 a.m., the church’s annual meeting will be held.

There is an ongoing collection of canned fruits and vegetables, pasta and sauces, peanut butter, tuna fish, and cereals for the Drop-In Center’s Food Shelf.
