BRATTLEBORO -- The winners at Wednesday’s Fun Run event on Upper Dummerston Road were: Zoe Humphreys, Bob Woodworth, Dan Barile and Brian Lashway.

Humphreys, 6, won the one-mile race in 12:38. Evie Kiehle was next in 14:24, and Katherine Innis took third in 14:24.

The two-mile race was a battle to the finish between Woodworth and Gregory Fitzgerald. Woodworth hit the line in 16:18 and Fitzgerald was just five ticks behind in second place.

Thirteen runners competed in the three-miler, which was won by Barile in 17:45. He was followed home by: 2. Jake Velazquez, 20:40; 3. Conor O’Donnell, 20:41; 4. Elisabeth Phillips-Jones, 20:41; 5. Chuck Adams, 23:24; 6. Suzanne Bansley, 23:59; 7. Scott Hamm, 24:27; 8. Linda O’Donnell, 25:00; 9. Kasey Kidder, 25:06; 10. Nancy Johnston, 25:07; 11. Doug McCrae, 25:44; 12. Nora Traviss, 25:44; 13. Lester Humphreys, 32:13.

Lashway prevailed in the 2.4-mile trail race in a time of 16:57. After that, it was: 2. Meg Paugh, 18:20; 3. John Majonen, 19:08; 4. John Duff, 20:31; 5. Eric Evans, 22:15; and 6. Serge Pouliot, 30:47.

Pouliot will look to defend his Australian Pursuit title on Wednesday, Sept. 10, when the Red Clover Rovers celebrate their 250th Fun Run on Upper Dummerston Road at 6:30 p.m.
