BRATTLEBORO -- The results from the Scottish Rite Masonic Red Sox Raffle was Brattleboro’s very own David Gagnon. Unfortunately for David and his wife, he was in Maine that weekend and with much regret, passed the tickets to his two children.

The children (with no regrets on their part thanks to dad) were Heather and Alex Gagnon.

Heather is a recent grad from UVM with a Masters in Social Work and works as a social worker in Burlington. Alex is studying engineering at UVM. Both loved the game and had great time together.

The results? We don’t care about no stinkin’ results; it’s only a game after all! Yankees 7, Red Sox 3 ... but wait until next year!

All profits from these raffles benefit the Scottish Rite chapter of Vermont Masons’ charitable works. Stay tuned for our fall Patriot raffle. Tickets will be going on sale shortly. And, thanks to all who participated.
