WESTMINSTER -- On Aug. 5, Aug. 6, Aug. 7 and Aug. 9, the Connecticut Valley Pee Wee Football League will be hosting a 4 Day Football & Cheerleader Camp from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Hadley Field Complex (Bellows Falls Union High School) for ages 8-14 or grades 3-8.
Football players attending must wear shorts, t-shirts and sneakers (cleats are optional) and cheerleaders must wear shorts, t-shirts and sneakers.
Instruction at the camp will be by coaches that have coached at different levels of football and cheerleading.
Thursday, Aug. 8 there will be signups for the CVPWFL season at BFUHS at 6 p.m. with no camp that day. The cost per child to participate is $20. All campers will receive a camp t-shirt and Friday night there will be pizza by Athens Pizza.
Camp registration will be Monday, Aug. 5, starting at 4:15 p.m. or pre-register at www.cvpwfl.com. Children from anywhere may attend this camp and are encouraged to do so as the upcoming football season is fast approaching.

Adult Tennis Clinic
BRATTLEBORO -- An adult tennis clinic is open to the public on Monday evenings, 5-6:30, at the Brattleboro Outing Club.
This is an introduction to tennis class that focuses on the basic strokes necessary to play tennis. The goal of this class is to get people playing games as soon as possible.
It is appropriate for beginners and as a refresher course for low-intermediate players who haven’t played tennis in years. The cost is $15 per class.
