BRATTLEBORO — Eli Lombardi, who turns heads with his pat-down routine during introductions and then his versatility on the court, received 35 votes to win Reformer Athlete of the Week honors for Jan. 24-30.
The junior forward had a double-double (15 points, 14 rebounds) to lead the BUHS boys varsity basketball team to a 59-47 win over Drury. He also scored 28 points versus Woodstock and 19 against rival MAU in the seven-day span.

The senior captain had three goals and three assists to power the Brattleboro Union High School varsity boys ice hockey team to an 8-2 victory over Burlington on Saturday. With that win, Perkins and the Colonels improved to 5-12 overall.
The Bellows Falls junior went 3-1, with three pins, and was the runnerup in his weight class at the Mount Mansfield Tournament. The Terriers placed eighth in the event and coach Todd Swisher noted that it was Dolloph's best meet of the season.
"Milly" sank two trifectas in the third quarter to help the Brattleboro girls varsity basketball team rally from 14 points down to beat rival MAU on Friday. She would also finish with a game-high 16 points for the 5-11 Colonels.
The Twin Valley forward went off for 24 points and 10 assists during a 74-44 rout of Leland & Gray, He also scored six points, grabbed 10 boards and swatted two shots in a 55-33 win over Green Mountain.
