2 fatal crashes during N.H. holiday traffic period

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire State Police say there were two fatal motor vehicle crashes over the Thanksgiving holiday period.

Police said they made over 3,800 motor vehicle stops from Wednesday, Nov. 27, through Sunday, Dec. 1. Those stops included 793 citations for speeding and over 2,500 warnings.

Police said 91 citations were issued for hazardous violations and 22 for driving after suspension. Eighty other criminal arrests were made.

Police made 28 driving while intoxicated arrests.
