All Souls Unitarian Universalist to hold open house on Sunday
WEST BRATTLEBORO -- All Souls Unitarian Universalist at the West Village Meeting House invites all to Sunday’s Open House on June 8 at 10 a.m., when All Souls Lay Leader Elizabeth Wohl will explore the topic "Reach Out! Connection Is Why We’re Here."
Dr. Brene Brown set out to research what it takes to form deep and meaningful relationships and found some difficult truths. She learned that the people who develop relationships most easily are those who feel worthy of being loved. And she discovered that those people all have one thing in common. Wohl will talk about what that one thing is, and why it is so important and so hard to practice. The Time for All Ages will explore the surprising connections we create when we reach out to strangers.
