Asbury Church asks what is grace?

CHESTERFIELD, N.H. -- Coming together each Sunday, acknowledges that keeping your faith alive, vibrant, relevant and authentic in our contemporary culture is hard. Turn on the news and you are constantly bombarded by the new and creative ways we employ to hurt ourselves and each other. Maintaining one’s faith is hard in light of news that has neighbor shooting neighbor, terrorism, and acts of unspeakable cruelty. Yet, we have an answer. That answer is grace, a word tossed about in churches but seldom defined.

This Sunday, Aug. 24, at 10 a.m., Pastor Scott Masters, begins the discussion by asking and attempting to answer the question "What is grace?" and how does it provide us a foundation for living in our messed up world.
