Upcoming trips

If anyone is interested in a trip to the south to get a break from the winter weather, contact Jessy.

A list of trips for 2013 wit Best of Times is now available. Trips being considered are: The Women of Ireland, March 15, featuring dancers and singers; May 14, John Denver Tribute by Ted Vigil, Rocky Mountain High; Sept. 11 Memorial in New York City; West Point Academy and Hudson River Valley; and Lynhurst Castle with dinner theater. Further information will be announced in Senior Travel News and at travel planning sessions in the spring.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Ham salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, lentil soup, crackers, coleslaw, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee. Lunch: Stuffed chicken breast, red skin potato, butternut squash, chocolate pudding.

Wednesday: Baked lasagna, turnip and carrots, garlic bread, pineapple.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, tropical fruit.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, muffin, fruit, juice, yogurt and coffee. Lunch: Spinach squares, cheese soufflé, mushroom risotto, mandarin oranges.
