9 a.m., Tennis at Living Memorial Park.

9 a.m., Foot care clinic with George.

9-10:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m., Flu Vaccine Clinic sponsored by Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice of Vt./N.H.

9:30 a.m., Knitting group.

9:30 a.m., Painting and sequencing with Marilyn.

9:30 a.m., Strength training with Cyndy Gray.

9:30 a.m., Softball at Living Memorial Park.

12:45 p.m., Grocery shopping at Hannaford.


9 a.m., Wednesdays Writers’ Group.

9:15 a.m., Senior bowling.

Upcoming trips

Nov. 13, Best of Times trip to Mohegan Sun and the Garde Arts Theater to see the "Kings of Country" for $82; includes show, casino package, transportation and driver’s gratuity. Call for availability.

Anyone interested in a trip to see the Vienna Boys Choir performing in the area in late November and early December should contact the Senior Center between 9 and 11:30 a.m. with name, number of people and telephone number. Definite numbers are needed before the trip can be booked.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Cheese souffle, steamed greens, turnip, rice pudding.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Pork riblet, red beans and rice, corn and peppers, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: American chop suey, broccoli, glazed carrots, Orange Julius.

Thursday: Salad bar, roast beef, sesame, three-bean salad, tuna macaroni salad, watermelon.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, muffin, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Breaded haddock squares, potato wedges, green beans and tomato, pineapple.
