10 a.m., Tai Chi with Susan.

10:30 a.m., Practice bridge playing with Anne.

11 a.m., International Folk Dancing, accommodations made for those who wish to dance in a chair.

12:45 p.m. Beginning Bridge with Dennis.


9 a.m., Tennis at Living Memorial Park.

9:30 a.m., Knitting group.

9:30 a.m., Painting and sequencing with Marilyn.

9:30 a.m., Strength training with Cyndy Gray.

9:30 a.m., Softball at Living Memorial Park.

10:30 a.m., Introduction to WRAP with Audrey.

12:45 p.m., Grocery shopping at Hannaford.


9 a.m., Wednesdays Writers’ Group.

9 a.m., Wiffle ball playing in the gym.

9 a.m., Senior basketball playing.

9:30 a.m., Mixed Media Art Group.

10:15 a.m., Yoga with CB.

10:30 a.m., Game Day with Jessy

10:45 a.m., Line dancing lessons with Richard.

11 a.m., Walking indoors in the gym.

11 a.m., Transportation from Putney.

11:45 a.m., Wayne, Classic Country Music.

12:30 p.m., Time Share, Sewing Recycle Material Bags.

12:30 p.m., Duplicate bridge.

12:45 p.m., Van trip to Wal-Mart.

Thursday and Friday

Senior Center closed for Thanksgiving holiday.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Chili on baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, corn muffin, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Cheese omelet with tomatoes, onions and peppers, home fries, fruit salad, muffin, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Chicken Marsala with egg noodles, stewed tomatoes, carrots, raspberry squares.

Wednesday: Chipped beef gravy over diced potatoes, Brussels sprouts, muffin, tropical fruit.

Thursday and Friday: No meals, Thanksgiving holiday.
