The annual trip to the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine is scheduled for Aug. 7 and 8 for $309 double and $369 single. The play is the musical "Mary Poppins." Day 2 will be a trip to Nubble Lighthouse and a two-hour cruise of the Pisccataqua River.

Tuesday, Aug. 12, First Choice Tours will offer a trip to Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Conn. Entertainment is a Tribute to the Grand Ole Opry with Dave Colucci singing. The price is $91.20. Checks should be made payable to First Choice Tours.

Meals menu, served at noon

Monday: Egg Salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, split pea soup, coleslaw, crackers, pineapple.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Whole wheat pancakes, syrup, sausage, fruit, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Sausage with onions and peppers, roasted potatoes, seasoned spinach, cookie.

Wednesday: Tandoori chicken, herbed rice with mushrooms, onions and peppers, carrot medley, tropical fruit.

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, snow-pea stir fry, cantaloupe.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Greens, eggs, ham, home fries, fruit, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Fish cakes, beets, mixed greens, mango.
