The annual trip to the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine is scheduled for Aug. 7 and 8 for $309 double and $369 single. Lunch will be at the Colony Hotel. The play is the musical "Mary Poppins." Overnight at the Fireside Inn, light dinner and time for an evening cocktail in their lounge, take a swim, walk the grounds or just relax in your room. Day 2, breakfast, a trip to Nubble Lighthouse and a two-hour cruise of the Pisccataqua River with lunch on your own, return home.

Monday: Baked chicken breast, roasted roots, Brussels sprouts, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Eggs Benedict with ham on an English muffin, potato pancake, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: Chef salad buffet with ham and turkey, hard boiled eggs, salad fixings, melon salad.

Thursday, Celebrate England Day: Bangers and mashed with milk gravy, carrots and turnip, fig tart.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Whole wheat pancakes, syrup choice, sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Baked salmon, rice pilaf, asparagus, coleslaw, congo bars.
