BRATTLEBORO -- Activities and menus for the week of Oct. 28 at the Brattleboro Senior Center at 207 Main St. in Brattleboro are as follows:

Monday

9 a.m.-2 p.m., Flu shot clinic with Rite Aid.

10 a.m., Tai Chi with Susan.

10:30 a.m., Practice bridge playing with Anne.

12:45 p.m., Beginning bridge with Dennis.

Tuesday

9 a.m., Tennis at Living Memorial Park.

9:30 a.m., Softball at Living Memorial Park.

9:30 a.m., Knitting group.

9:30 a.m., Painting and sequencing with Marilyn.

9:30 a.m., Strength training with Cyndy Gray.

12:45 p.m., Grocery shopping at Hannaford.

Wednesday

9 a.m., Wiffle ball playing in the gym.

9:15 a.m., Wednesdays’ Writers Group.

9:30 a.m., Mixed Media Art Group.

10:45 a.m., Line dancing lessons with Richard.

11 a.m., Transportation from Putney.

12:30 p.m., Duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m., Time Share, Sewing Recycle Material Bags.

Thursday

9 a.m., Tennis at Living Memorial Park.

9 a.m., Senior bowling.

9:30 a.m., Knitting group.

9:30 a.m., Strength training with Cyndy Gray.

9:30 a.m., Oil painting with Marilyn.

10:30 a.m., Bocce at Living Memorial Park.

10:30 a.m., Wii Games with Jessy.

11:30 a.m., Halloween celebration with entertainment.

1-4 p.m., Bridge playing.

1-2:30 p.m., Bocce playing indoors (inclement weather).

Friday

9:30 a.m., Pilates Plus for Seniors with Cyndy Gray.

10 a.m., Beginning bridge with Dennis.

10:30 a.m., Table tennis playing.

10:30 a.m., Practice bridge playing with Anne.

12:45 p.m., Van trip to Price Chopper.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas and carrots, tropical fruit.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Bavarian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, ham, yogurt parfait and juice. Lunch: Moroccan eggplant stew, couscous with chickpeas, spinach salad with eggs, lemon squares.

Wednesday: Corned beef and cabbage, red potatoes, carrots, apricot pudding.

Thursday: Chili, baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, oranges.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, muffin, potato pancake, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Baked chicken, potato pancakes, butternut squash, cranberry mousse.
