10:45 a.m., Line dancing lessons with Richard.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Cheese soufflé, couscous with chickpeas, ratatouille, peaches.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Cheese omelets with tomato, onions and peppers, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juice. Lunch: Baked stuffed shells, Brussels sprouts, carrots and turnip, cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken curry, citrus coconut rice, butternut squash, pineapple.

Thursday: Egg salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, minestrone soup, tossed salad, tropical fruit.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Hot oatmeal with choice of streusel, nuts, dried fruits toppings, grapenut custard, cinnamon roll, baked apples. Lunch: Seafood Newburg, steamed rice, diced tomatoes with peppers, cantaloupe.
