Save the date of Oct. 29 to see The Angels, The Tokens and Jimmy Clanton at the Garde Arts Theatre in New London, Conn. Some of their songs are "My Boyfriends Back," "Till," "Go Jimmy Go," "Just a Dream," "She Cried," and "The Lion Sleeps Tonight." The trip will include lunch and stop at the Coast Guard Academy and the museum store before the 3 p.m. show. The cost is $89 and does not include tour director and bus driver gratuities of $4 each.

Meals menu, served at noon

and Meals-On-Wheels

Monday: Split pea soup, ham salad sandwich, coleslaw, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Eggs Benedict with ham on an English muffin, potato pancake, fruit, juice, yogurt. Lunch: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and tomato, pineapple.

Wednesday: Chicken potpie, butternut squash, steamed spinach, cran-raspberry mousse.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, tropical fruit.

Friday: Breakfast, 7:45-8:15 a.m., Whole wheat pancakes, syrup, sausage, home fries, fruit, juice , yogurt. Lunch: Shrimp in tomato sauce, rice pilaf, Brussels sprouts, pineapple.
