Brattleboro senior center meals for the week of Jan. 4


BRATTLEBORO >> Breakfast is served at the Gibson Aiken Senior Center on Main Street from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m.; lunch is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Monday lunch is beef stew, corn with peppers, biscuit, tropical fruit. Tuesday breakfast is whole wheat pancakes, syrup choice, sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and Tuesday lunch is stuffed chicken breast, red skin potatoes, butternut squash, cranberry mousse. Wednesday lunch is baked lasagna with meat sauce, turnips and carrots, garlic bread, baked apple. Thursday lunch is kielbasa and sauerkraut, potato pierogis, carrots, ice box cake. Friday breakfast is greens, eggs and ham, home fries, fruit , juice, yogurt,coffee, and Friday lunch is baked haddock, tater tots, stewed tomatoes, apricots.
