Brattleboro Senior Meals at the Gibson Aiken Center

BRATTLEBORO >> Breakfast is served at the Senior Center at the Gibson Aiken Center on Main Street from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m.; lunch is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Lunch for Monday, Feb. 1, is baked ham, sweet potato, green beans, tropical fruit. Tuesday breakfast is Eggs Benedict, with ham on an English muffin, potato pancake, yogurt, juice, coffee. Tuesday lunch is egg salad sandwich, New England clam chowder, cole slaw, peaches. Wednesday lunch is Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, broccoli, plums. Thursday lunch is liver and onions, mashed potato, peas and carrots, brownie. Friday breakfast is vegetable frittata, home fries, juice, yogurt, coffee. Friday lunch is baked haddock, tater tots, stewed tomatoes, apricots.
