Newfane Village Yoga opens June 19
NEWFANE -- Jen Frey and David Jones are opening a studio in a unique setting, for residents and visitors to start and/or continue a yoga and meditation practice. The airy, light and historic house, which was the location of the Schommer Gallery and Antique Shop in Newfane Village for many years, allows for sunny, open space with room for a growing student base.
Frey, a seasoned yoga practitioner of 20 years and a Registered Yoga Teacher teaches her accessible classes with a very approachable, comfortable style. Her down-to-earth nature and clear language make you feel comfortable in all movement. Her sense of humor keeps the classroom light and personal, and you feel supported and part of a community, while working on your personal goals. She encourages and supports all students working at their own pace, without pressure. Her style is appropriate for people of any age, experience or level of fitness, (teenagers through those in their 80s).
