Shona Grill asks customers
to come up with new slogan

BELLOWS FALLS -- Shona Grill announced a new promotion in which it will ask customers to enter suggestions for a new slogan for the restaurant. Beginning Jan. 25, patrons coming into Shona will receive a note card along with their order to provide them the opportunity to come up with a business motto that best describes the restaurant.

Management wanted to show its gratitude to customers by letting them offer their two-cents on why they like Shona Grill.

"After almost nine months in business here, we decided it would be a fun idea to ask our customers to help us find the right business motto for Shona," said Owner Kim Bovill. "We’re looking for that perfect slogan that best defines our restaurant and our friendly, clean atmosphere that customers enjoy every day. Shona itself means ‘Happy,’ and that is exactly what we are going for with this promotion."

Customers may drop off suggestions for the slogan (along with a name and contact information) anytime at the restaurant before Feb. 28. The top three selections will be announced March 1 and will be posted online and at the front counter for a second round of voting until March 14. The winner will be announced on Saturday, March 15.

The customer who submits the winning slogan will receive a $25 gift certificate. Shona Grill is located at 92 Rockingham St. For information, call 802-460-1200.
