Some members marched in the Jamaica Parade and won the second prize in July. In August, the group went to Townshend Dam Diner and met with other clubs at the Panasian Restaurant. Members played miniature golf at Hidden Acres and Verna took the top spot.

The Red Hats rounded up this year in Townshend for a Thanksgiving dinner at Independence Living.
