Rani Arbo & daisy mayhem
and Hallowell share stage

BRATTLEBORO -- On Friday, Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m., Rani Arbo, singer and fiddler, and her band, daisy mayhem, will team up with Brattleboro’s Hallowell Hospice Choir in a first-ever collaboration at the First Baptist Church, 190 Main St.

These two wonderful musical forces have a common mission in their approach to the transformative power of music -- music that touches the heart and soul and invites listeners to embrace life’s journeys

Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and for seniors, $18 at the door. Advance tickets are available at or at Everyone’s Books, 23 Elliot St., or at World Eye Bookshop, 156 Main St. in Greenfield Mass. For more information, call 802-257-1571.

House Blend sings Nov. 10

WESTMINSTER WEST -- House Blend will perform on Saturday, Nov. 10, at 7:30 p.m., at the Congregational Church of Westminster West.

Formed in 2006, House Blend is a self-led a cappella chorus dedicated to the music of many cultures and traditions. The group is based in Saxtons River. Admission is $10.
