Driver had been in relationship with Keene hit-and-run victim

KEENE, N.H. (AP) - A woman arrested in a fatal hit-and-run that killed a man in Keene, N.H., had been in a relationship with him.

Forty-one-year-old Tracy A. Burroughs was arrested Saturday on charges of negligent homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Police say 48-year-old Keon E. Ioannou, who had been riding a bicycle, was found dead by medical personal who responded to the accident on Route 101 shortly before 2 a.m.

Burroughs was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

It was not immediately known if she had a lawyer.

WMUR-TV reports Burroughs' mother says Ioannou was Burroughs' former boyfriend.
