Father’s Day cake served at lunch on Friday in BF


BELLOWS FALLS -- The menu for the week of June 9 through 13 at the Bellows Falls Senior Center is as follows:

Monday: Paprika breaded chicken tenders, barbecue sauce, rice with red beans, mixed vegetables, whole wheat bread, orange.

Tuesday: French onion soup, crackers, chef salad with turkey, ham and eggs, ranch dressing, pear slices.

Wednesday: Beef steak with cheddar, home fried potatoes, broccoli salad, dinner roll, sliced apples with cinnamon.

Thursday: Chicken and biscuit, Italian green beans with red peppers, tossed salad, dressing, cranberry sauce, peach crisp.

Friday: Sliced turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, diced carrots, dinner roll, Father’s Day cake (pumpkin). Reservations needed by June 9 for this meal.

Cedar Hill will be at the Center on June 17 for a free lunch and presentation at 11:30 a.m. Space is limited to the first 50 people. Reservations are needed by June 9.

The meal is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. A suggested donation of $3.50 for those 60-plus years of age is requested. Information: 802-463-3907 or bfasc@sover.net.
