Flash flood watch include parts of New Hampshire
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A flash flood watch is in effect for parts of New Hampshire through Wednesday night.
The National Weather Service says the following counties are included: Belknap, Rockingham, Merrimack, Carroll, Grafton, Strafford and Sullivan.
The weather service says several rounds of heavy rainfall are expected to move through the region through Wednesday, and this may lead to flash flooding with an inch to 3 inches of rain.
Some roads have been washed out by heavy rain, such as Route 119 in Winchester, where at least one home was evacuated, and part of Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua.
