Fourth Sunday after Pentecost to be observed at First Congregational
WEST BRATTLEBORO -- July 6 is the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost and Holy Communion at the First Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 880 Western Ave. in West Brattleboro.
Pastor Joseph Amico will share a sermon entitled "How Far Will Your Faith Go?" based on Genesis 22:1-14. Organist, Robert Popple will share a prelude of "This My Native Land" by E. Broughton, an offertory of "In Remembrance of Me" with solo by Alice McClellan arranged by R. F. Douglas and a postlude of "National Hymn" arranged by D.H. Hegarty. Congregational hymns this week include "This Is My Song," "Faith of Our Fathers" and "O Beautiful for Spacious Skies."
