Fourth Sunday in Lent to be observed at Brattleboro’s First Baptist Church

BRATTLEBORO -- Worship begins at 10 a.m. on Sunday, March 10, at the First Baptist Church, 190 Main St. in Brattleboro. Sunday School for all ages is at 10:15 a.m.

Pastor Suzanne Andrews will continue her series of sermons on this, the Fourth Sunday in Lent, as parishioners walk with Jesus on His Way to the Cross.

Mission reminders for the month of March include:

The Drop-in Center Food Shelf is continually in need of non-perishable food and personal hygiene items. Some suggested items are tuna, peanut butter, dry milk, pasta and sauces, soups, juices, cereal, rice, instant potatoes, canned goods, baby food, diapers, toothbrushes, etc. A basket for the items is located in the back of the sanctuary.

The America for Christ offering will be taken during March. Information and offering envelopes are in the "Link" and will be in the bulletins on Sundays.
