Graduates, teachers and children to be honored Sunday at Dummerston Church

DUMMERSTON -- June 8 is "Children’s Sunday: Education Sunday" at the Dummerston Congregational Church. Service begins at 9:30 a.m. Graduates of every level will be recognized, teachers will be honored, and children will be celebrated. There will be a cookout after worship, and a group church school at the trees planted last year. Friday night, June 13, will be a special games/cookout night. Children will go the Green Mountain Camp for a picnic, s’mores and games from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. They must be pre-registered. Adults will come to church for a cookout and the movie "For the Bible Tells Me So."

NeighborWorks: Saturday, June 14, from 9 a.m. to noon with lunch following. The church will join with H.E.A.T. (Home Energy Assistance Team) to work on a NeighborWorks project at the home of a church member.)
