WEST CHESTERFIELD, N.H. -- Pete’s Tire Barns, Inc, recently held a food drive for Joan’s Pantry with an open house and Indy Car demonstration on Friday, Aug. 8. The purpose of this drive was to collect much-needed food for use by families in West Chesterfield and the surrounding communities. Pete’s Tire Barns was able to work with Alliance Tire and the local community to collect an entire pickup bed full of food. This included cases of canned vegetables, pasta, peanut butter, baby food and more.

Joan’s Pantry told Pete’s Tire Barns this was the largest single donation of food they had received. Hundreds of people came out to support the food pantry and to see the Indy Car demonstration. One lucky person who donated to the food pantry received an Apple iPod Nano and iTunes gift card.
