Halifax Union Society begins its 2013 season on Sunday in Halifax Center

HALIFAX CENTER -- The Halifax Union Society begins its 2013 season of non-denominational worship on Sunday, June 23, at 6:30 p.m. at the white church, 44 Stowe Mountain Road, near the crossroads in Halifax Center. Guest minister, the Rev. Sandra J. Whippie of Keene, N.H., and organist Alan Dann of Marlboro, will lead the service.

A potluck community picnic will precede this service at 5 p.m. Those attending the picnic are asked to bring a dish to share.

The Halifax Union Society has been a place of spiritual reflection and musical celebration since 1891. All are welcome.
