PITTSFIELD, N.H. -- Bridget Bourne had a double-double (12 points, 11 rebounds) and the Hinsdale girls basketball team remained undefeated with a 48-41 victory over Pittsfield on Friday.

"It wasn’t one of our best efforts. We missed 15 free throws and had way too many turnovers," said Pacers coach Terry Bonnette. "But they played hard. They kept their composure."

Skylar Bonnette scored a team-high 18 points for the winners. Allison Scott followed with a sweet 16.

The 14-0 Pacers will play at Monadnock on Tuesday.

WILMINGTON -- The Wildcats made life difficult for the high-scoring Phantoms, but a 9-0 run in the third quarter allowed the visitors to escape.

"The girls learned that we can really play with anyone," said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford, whose team trailed Proctor (10-1) by just one point at halftime. "They get in your grill. Whenever we picked up our dribble, we were dead."

Lexi Reinertson had nine rebounds for the hosts. Abbi Molner grabbed seven and Hannah Swanson chipped in with six.

Carissa Elrick went off for 13 points to lead the victors.

The 5-10 Wildcats will play at MSJ on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
