Hotel on Putney Road robbed


BRATTLEBORO — Police say a hotel on Putney Road was robbed early Monday morning.

A man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a ski mask in red, white and black colors, demanded money from the front desk employee, according to a press release from the Brattleboro Police Department.

"The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money on foot," police said. "There were no injuries reported."

The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 a.m. Monday.
