In-Sight announces a fundraising raffle

BRATTLEBORO >> In-Sight announces a fundraising raffle, exhibit and public event. Assembled from In-Sight's archives is this collection of literally 101 donated images by photographers from all over the country. The work represents a broad spectrum of photographic styles, subjects, and approaches to photography. These works are being raffled to benefit In-Sight's scholarship fund so that our after-school arts and culture programs can continue to be offered to youth regardless of their ability to pay program fees.

The exhibit is up through Thursday, March 24 at Hermit Thrush Brewery on High Street. Hermit Thrush Brewery is open seven days a week: Monday through Thursday, 3 to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, noon to 8 p.m.; and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. You can see the exhibit in their gallery any time they are open, as well as sample their beers brewed on site.

Buy a raffle ticket – get 1 for $10, or get 6 for $50. You can buy them any time until March 24 from In-Sight at 49 Flat Street. Fill out your name, address and phone on each ticket where lines are provided. Go to Hermit Thrush Brewery any time it's open and drop the part of the ticket that has your name and address into the cup corresponding to the print you want to win.

The drawing takes place at a fun, public event at Hermit Thrush Brewery on Thursday, March 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. It doesn't cost anything to come to the event, and Hermit Thrush will be selling samples and pints that night. We'll have great food too.

Starting at 7:45 p.m., a name is drawn for each print. If you're here and you win, you can take your print off the wall and take it home. Otherwise we'll call you.
