Letter: Cast a wide net
Cast a wide net
Editor of the Reformer:
I fully support Andy Davis's call for casting the widest possible net for a qualified person to lead our towns in educating our children, and through the chore of deciding how to organize to do that ("Broaden the superintendent search," Oct. 5).
As educators of our children, we citizens also deserve to be assured that the widest possible net is indeed being cast. Muzzling a review committee as to the number of candidates interviewed does not serve the community well.
