Letter: Help Sanders' campaign

Help Sanders' campaign

Editor of the Reformer:

The New Hampshire primary is coming up quickly. For the many Windham County residents who have known Bernie Sanders as our state's honest, hard working, independent representative, then senator, in Washington, now is the time to work for positive change.

The Sanders campaign is working every day in Keene, in Claremont, and in other areas close to us. Volunteers are needed and welcome for canvassing, phone banking, working in the office, and generally getting out the message that we can win in the primary, and we can win in November. A Brattleboro phone banking opportunity is taking place on Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 5 to 8 p.m. Call the Keene office at 603-851-2549 or stop at Everyone's Books on Elliot Street in Brattleboro for more information.

If you want to reside in a country governed with economic justice, with a clean and healthy environment, with equal rights for all, and a policy of promoting peace in the world rather than starting wars, it is time to work for Bernie.

Nancy Braus, Putney, Jan. 11
