Right message, wrong date

Editor of the Reformer:

Your "Cartoonist's take" on Nov. 23 was spot on. However, you or the cartoon distributing syndicate or the original paper in which the cartoon appeared should have realized that the London "Blitz" did not occur in 1945, the year World War II ended, but in 1940-1941. Unfortunately, such a factual error diminishes somewhat the message and impact of the cartoon.

Reto Pieth, Grafton, Nov. 23
