Libardoni’s lads cruise
LYNDONVILLE -- Andy Harris and Jimmy Podlaski each scored four goals to help the Brattleboro boys ice hockey team to an 11-0 romp over Lyndon on Wednesday.
Harris had a hat trick in the first period and the Colonels jumped out to a 6-0 lead. Romello Lindsey would split the posts twice for the winners and Braxton Lynn also tallied. Philip Perkins finished with a team-high three assists.
Greg DiSilva made six saves for the shutout versus the 0-17-1 Vikings.
The 15-3 Colonels will play at Hartford on Saturday at 2 p.m. and then host Northfield on Feb. 27 at 4:30 p.m.

BELLOWS FALLS -- Trevor Wilson drained a 3 with 50 seconds left to give the Terriers their first lead of the game and Brian MacAnuff rejected a shot with eight seconds remaining to seal it.
"We struggled from the field mightily, but grinded it out on defense. We held Fall Mountain to 14 points in the second half and outscored them 15-7 in the fourth," noted Bellows Falls coach Evan Chadwick.
Willie Moore and Wilson each had seven points to pace the 6-13 Terriers, who will host Green Mountain tonight.
