Marlboro College music series continues in April

Marlboro College presents Music for a Sunday Afternoon concerts and an unforgettable four-hand concert by renowned pianists Peter Serkin and Julia Hsu and other events. All are free and open to the public, part of Marlboro College's efforts to be a valuable resource for the local community.

Tonight, 4 p.m. Reading: "The Fear of Large and Small Nations" in the World Studies Lounge. Writer Nancy Agabian will read from her new novel, a story of love and loss in post-Soviet Armenia.

A special concert tonight: Peter Serkin and Julia Hsu, 7 p.m. in Ragle Hall, Serkin Center. Renowned pianists Peter Serkin and Julia Hsu will play works of Beethoven, Brahms, and Bizet in honor of Luis Batlle, professor emeritus.

On Friday and Saturday, Dance: Depictions of Trust, 7:30 p.m. in the Serkin Dance Studio. and on Sunday, Music for a Sunday Afternoon with Renana Gutman in a solo concert at 3 p.m. in the Ragle Hall.
